Terms & Conditions
1.Payment Method
COD – Cash On Delivery
Clearance Cargo must be pay the advance for Duty Tax
2.Payment Currency
Chinese Yuan (or) Myanmar Kyats payment depend on payment date market rate and F&F log confirm rate
3. For import clearance service
Please send to us the PACKING LISTS of your shipment before sending to the documents for making the duty because we need to arrange the vehicles at our side with packing list in Myanmar.
For MIC Permit, you must be send to us the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF THE ID
FORM (after Duty Paid) before reaching the shipment to RULI.
4.Insurance
Free services for purchase Cargo Insurance as per customer or consumer request
5.Compensation
All cargos compensation “Total Lost”, but not include compensation for the Damage & Destruction / Fragile Cargo - Does not include compensation for the damage.
For General cargo maximum amount of compensation is FIVE TIMES of freight charges, Maximum compensation amount is CNY 5,000
For Value added cargo maximum amount of compensation is THREE times of freight charges
1.INSURANCE
Unless requested to do so in writing and confirmed to Customer in writing, Company is under no obligation to procure insurance on Customer’s behalf; in all cases, Customer shall pay all premiums and costs in connection with procuring requested insurance.
In the event that insurance coverage is purchased and freight is accepted for transport that is packed by the shipper in advance of Company’s pick-up, then a “TOTAL LOSS” type insurance shall be in force.
Excess Declared Value Prohibited. Any declared value in excess of the maximum allowed hereunder is null and void and the acceptance by us for carriage of any shipment with a declared value in excess of the maximum allowed hereunder does not constitute a waiver of the maximum declared value provisions.
2.Late Delivery
We will notify you by telephone to that effect within 24 hours of such difficulty arising we shall discuss in good faith and do whatever is reasonable
(including extending the Transit Period) to effect delivery of the goods and we shall not be liable (including any consequential losses or associated charges) for such late delivery.
3. INVOICE
As part of our commitment to supporting a sustainable environment all invoices for work carried out will be sent both manually and via email.
4. Our Quotation
This quote is standard quotation, price list will be difference according freight charges & custom policy, please confirm the final quotation when you confirm to order.
